Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped the following business day. Order can be cancelled before we ship. Once shipped the order cannot be called. If order cannot be shipped on time we will send out notification via email right away.
Order Cancellation
Orders that have not been shipped is allowed for cancellation and we will issue full refund. Once the order has shipped we will only refund the product portion after receiving the package back in good condition. Please see our return policy for more detail.
Fraud Protection
For the protection to the general public and ourselves, we do not ship orders without validated billing address.
Appearance and Specification
The actual product appearance and specification might slightly differ than the picture shown in our website due to the fact that we constantly making minor improvement to our products and our image and information may not be up-to-date. Please email us for latest product specification.
Return PolicyALL returns must first obtain an RA number prior to sending the shipment back to us. Failure to do so will cause the delay to the processing of your returns and may even end up as unknown shipment on our side. We will not honor any returns without RA number. There are no return for refund on clearance item, only replacement.

Damaged - If the unit arrives damaged, please report to us immediately at
support@officebeyond.com . Take a digital photo and email it to us. If the order is shipped by UPS or Fedex, it is best that you refuse the delivery. Even if you cannot refuse the delivery (e.g. left on door), please notify us right away about the damaged shipments.
Defective Unit - If the unit arrives with obvious damage or does not work (defective), please notify us right away.
For DOA you must report to us within 3 days of delivery to qualify full refund of both product, shipping (to you), as well as shipping back to us.
Refund After 3 Days (Change of Mind)Any refunds after 3 days of delivery may be subject up to 15% restocking fee upon receiving and examining the product. Product must be returned with original packaging to receive refunds. Products damaged due to misuse or in poor condition are not refundable. Shipping fees are not compensated (both ways).
Refunds is available up to 30 days from delivery of the shipment on most product.
Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, all of our products comes with standard 1 year repair/replacement warranty.
Special Product PolicyPower Adapters - Please note that we do not claim our adapters to be compatible with any electronic devices, of any brand. These are power supply for manufacturer and engineers understanding exactly the type of power adapters they need. Finding the right power adapter is the sole responsibility of the consumer. Any issues with wrong connector, wrong voltage, or insufficient ampere is not a 'compatible' issue or a 'DOA' issue. Any request of refunds or exchange, except for mis-shipment, on power adapter will be treated as 'change of mind' and 15% restocking fee is applicable. No compensation on shipping, both ways.
