Terms and Policy **Unless otherwise specified, all of our products are brand new** 1. Copyright The content, organization, graphics, design, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part is strictly prohibited. 2. Colors We make every effort to display color as accurately as possible. However, due to different lighting and differences in monitors, we cannot guarantee that the color display on you monitor will 100% reflect the color of the product. 3. Limited Right to Use Any viewing, printing, or downloading from OfficeBeyond.com are for your personal use only. Any distribution of the contents is prohibited. 4. Shipping Policy Your orders are usually shipped within 2 business days and may take up to 7 business days to arrive. We will assist in anyway possible to resolve any issues regarding shipping, but we cannot guarantee shipping service due to various challenges that are out of our control. We strongly recommend that you examine the shipment immediately upon delivery for any damages. Please inform us and the carrier right away if there are damages to the shipment. 5. Payment and Orders Acceptance We accept continental US orders only. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and PayPal, however, we do not accept payment using credit card issued outside of US. We do accept PO only if it's of certain amount and pass credit verification. However, we do not accept PO on the following items: all lithium-ion battery including all camera and camcorder battery, all battery chargers, camera battery grip, and furntiure. 5a. International Order Please register with mail/freight forwarding company such as AccessUSA or USA Box and obtain an US address. Make sure to register your US address with you credit card company as an alternative address and use that address for ordering. Upon receiving your order we will ship to the mail forwarding company. The fees we charge only includes shipping to the mail forwarding company. We are not responsible for any additional charge such as international shipping, customs, and other for delivering from freight forwarding company to your oversea address. Likewise we are not responsible for any damage during shipping from freight forwarding company to your oversea address. 6. Cancellation Policy Any orders that are processed and shipped may not be cancelled. If cancellation request is received before shipping we will cancel the order and return the credit immediately. We reserve the right to cancel any orders. 7. Fraud Prevention To protect customers and ourselves, we deploy a rather strict program with regard to credit card processing. Any order with the amount over $50 will ship to billing address only. Please have the destination address registered with your credit card company as alternative billing address. 8. Return Authorization All items must have a valid RA (Return Authorization) number prior returning to us. We will not accept any returns without valid RA number. Any returns without RA number will be sent back at the cost of customer. Please email support@officebeyond.com for RA number and for any questions regarding returns. 9. Return Policy ALL returns must first obtain an RA number prior to sending the shipment back to us. Failure to do so will cause the delay to the processing of your returns and may even end up as unknown shipment on our side. We will not honor any returns without RA number. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Damaged - If the unit arrives damaged, please report to us immediately at support@officebeyond.com. Take a digital photo and email it to us. If the order is shipped by UPS or Fedex, it is best that you refuse the delivery. Even if you cannot refuse the delivery (e.g. left on door), please notify us right away about the damaged shipments. Defective Unit - If the unit arrives with obvious damage or does not work (defective), please notify us right away. For DOA you must report to us within 3 Days of delivery to qualify full refund of both product, shipping (to you), as well as shipping back to us. Our compensation for return shipping expense varies by products. Refund After 3 Days Any refunds after 3 days of delivery may be subject up to 20% restocking fee upon receiving and examining the product. Product must be returned with original packaging to receive refunds. Products damaged due to misuse or in poor condition are not refundable. Shipping fees are not compensated (both ways). Refunds is available up to 30 days from delivery of the shipment on most product except data storage unit (flash memory, solid state drives, etc.), which only has up to 7 days for refund. Replacement Replacement is available up to 30 days from delivery. Thereafter any replacement or repair should be made with manufacture. In most case we are more than happy to help with the process and act as agent to facilitate the replacement or repair. 10. Liabilities - Disclaimer of Warranty All merchandise sold on our site are warranted by its respective manufacture.e. |
