Shipping Policy 90% of our orders are shipped within 1 business day. 99% of our orders are shipped within 2 business days. In the rare occasion that we cannot ship within 2 business days we will send an email notification. Order Cancellation Orders that have not been shipped is allowed for cancellation and we will issue full refund. Once the order has shipped we will only refund the product portion after receiving the package back in good condition. Please see our return policy for more detail. Shipping Method We offer two shipping options: Ground (3 to 5 days after ship), Express (2 to 3 days after ship). Currently we decide to go with US Postal service to ship small parcels - packages weighing less than 3lbs and can be packed in an envelop or small box. These small parcels include batteries and chargers. So if you are ordering small amount of batteries, power adapters, and chargers, ground shipping is the most economic method and delivers within acceptable timeframe. (Average 3 days of transportation time) Fraud Protectionn For the protection to the general public and ourselves, we do not ship orders without validated billing address. |
